Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please email us your order number, the address you ordered from, and the new address you currently use. See if you can change it. If your package has already been shipped, you may need to contact the carrier yourself.

If you have received an erroneous or defective product, please submit a support ticket with a clear picture of the problem. We will see if we can offer a full/partial refund or replacement.

Please make sure the item is in new, unused, uncleaned condition and in its original packaging so that we can process your exchange or refund.

Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it may take up to 15 days to process. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the return has been processed. Refunds may be issued within 7-10 business days after receipt of confirmation email.

The situations listed below are not covered by our return and exchange policy.

Damage caused by improper use and maintenance;
Subjective factors such as individual tastes, preferences, and character uncertainties.
We accept exchanges and returns within 10 days after the product arrives.
